When you RSVP for a PADDOCK event or experience, we may collect:

The questions asked may vary depending on the event. For example, an event may require information about dietary requirements, allergies, accessibility or other requirements relevant to participation. For certain physical, wellness or other activities, we may ask you to confirm that you are physically and mentally fit to participate. We may also provide an opportunity for you to voluntarily tell us about anything we should know that may affect your ability to safely participate in an activity. Where such information relates to physical or mental health, it may constitute sensitive personal data under applicable law. We will only request such information where reasonably relevant to the particular activity or event. When you communicate with us through email, WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn or other channels, we may collect the information you provide during those communications. When you interact with our website, certain information may be collected automatically by our website, hosting provider or other technologies we use. APPLICATION AND ACCEPTANCE
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into the PADDOCK. We review applications to understand applicants and determine whether they are suitable for participation in our private community and events. We may accept or decline an application at our discretion. Where an application is declined, we may provide the applicant with the reason for the decision. The application is intended to be a one-time application. Once accepted, you may be added to the private the PADDOCK Club WhatsApp group, where upcoming events and experiences will be shared and members may RSVP.
EVENT-SPECIFIC INFORMATION
Because the PADDOCK organises different types of events and experiences, the information requested through an RSVP form may vary. Depending on the event, we may request information such as:
Dietary requirements
Allergies
Accessibility requirements
Fitness or activity-related information
Other information reasonably required for the particular event
We aim to only request information that is reasonably relevant to administering or facilitating the event. If you do not provide information that is reasonably necessary for an event, we may be unable to confirm or facilitate your participation.
PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEOGRAPHY
Events and experiences organised by the PADDOCK may be photographed or recorded. By attending a PADDOCK event, you acknowledge that photographs, videos or other recordings may be taken during the event and may include you. We may use such photographs and recordings for:

Community communications

Instagram
LinkedIn
Promotional and marketing materials
By attending a PADDOCK event, you acknowledge and agree to this photography and videography practice.
DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL DATA

We do not sell your personal data. We will not share your personal contact details with another PADDOCK member for an introduction unless both parties have given permission for the introduction and sharing of the relevant contact information.

For accepted members, we generally retain relevant application and community information for as long as they remain part of the PADDOCK. After an individual is no longer part of the PADDOCK, we may retain certain information for an additional period where reasonably necessary for legitimate business purposes, legal obligations, accounting requirements, dispute resolution, record keeping or other lawful purposes. We will seek to delete, anonymise or otherwise dispose of personal data when it is no longer reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, subject to applicable legal or legitimate retention requirements.

THE PADDOCK CLUB WHATSAPP GROUP
Accepted members may be added to the private the PADDOCK Club WhatsApp group. By participating in the group, you understand that other members may be able to see information associated with your WhatsApp account, such as your phone number and WhatsApp profile information, depending on your WhatsApp privacy settings. The PADDOCK does not control WhatsApp's privacy practices, data processing or security. You should review your WhatsApp privacy settings and WhatsApp's own privacy policy before participating in the group.
SOCIAL MEDIA
We maintain social media accounts, including Instagram and LinkedIn. If you interact with us through these platforms, the relevant platform may collect and process your personal data in accordance with its own privacy policy and terms. Information you voluntarily make publicly available through your social media profiles may also be visible to us.

AGE REQUIREMENT
The PADDOCK is intended for individuals aged 18 years and above. Certain events may have a higher minimum age requirement, including events restricted to individuals aged 21 years and above. We do not knowingly accept applications from individuals below the applicable minimum age.
