Last Updated: 24 August 2026

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to payments made for events and experiences organised by the PADDOCK (“PADDOCK”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By purchasing a ticket or making a payment for a PADDOCK event, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

All payments made for PADDOCK events and experiences are non-refundable once payment has been made. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where:

  • You change your mind

  • You are unable to attend

  • Your plans change

  • You arrive late or leave early

  • You do not attend the event

  • You are unable to attend due to personal circumstances

  • Your place is subsequently filled by another attendee

No refunds will be provided in these circumstances.

NO TICKET TRANSFERS

Tickets, registrations and places at PADDOCK events are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, give or otherwise assign your place to another person. If another person wishes to attend a PADDOCK event, they must meet the applicable eligibility requirements and complete the required application and registration process.

NO-SHOWS

If you do not attend an event after making payment, your payment remains non-refundable. No partial refunds or credits will be provided for late arrival, early departure or failure to attend part or all of an event.

CANCELLATION BY THE PADDOCK

If the PADDOCK cancels an event and does not reschedule it, attendees who have already paid will be entitled to a full refund of the amount paid for that event. Refunds will be processed to the applicable payment method or through another reasonable method determined by the PADDOCK.

RESCHEDULING OR POSTPONEMENT

If the PADDOCK postpones or reschedules an event, attendees who have already paid will have the option to:

  • Attend the event on the new date; or

  • Request a full refund.

If you choose not to attend the rescheduled event, you must notify the PADDOCK through the contact methods provided.

BREACH OF TERMS & CONDITIONS

If your participation is cancelled, withdrawn or refused because you have breached the PADDOCK's Terms & Conditions or other applicable rules, no refund will be provided. The PADDOCK reserves the right to refuse or remove an attendee where reasonably necessary to protect the safety, experience or integrity of the community.

EVENT-SPECIFIC TERMS

Certain PADDOCK events or experiences may have additional or different cancellation, refund or payment terms due to the nature of the event. Where this applies, the relevant terms will be clearly stated before payment is made and will apply to that particular event. Unless otherwise stated in the specific event terms, this Refund & Cancellation Policy applies.

PAYMENT METHODS

The PADDOCK currently accepts payment through:

  • Bank transfer

  • QR payment

We do not accept cash or other payment methods unless expressly stated for a particular event.

REFUND PROCESSING

Where a refund is approved under this policy, the PADDOCK will generally process the refund within 5–10 business days. The time required for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on the relevant bank or payment provider.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND OR CANCELLATION

Where a refund is permitted under this policy, you may contact the PADDOCK through:

  • Email: thepaddockmy@gmail.com

  • WhatsApp: through the official PADDOCK contact

  • Contact form: through the PADDOCK website

Please include your full name, event name and relevant payment details so that we can identify your registration. Submitting a request does not guarantee that a refund will be approved. Refunds will only be provided where permitted under this policy or the applicable event-specific terms.

CHANGES TO EVENTS

The PADDOCK reserves the right to make reasonable changes to an event, including changes to the venue, schedule, activities, speakers, format or other event details where necessary. Where such changes do not result in the cancellation or postponement of the event, payments remain non-refundable. Where the PADDOCK determines that a material change requires the event to be cancelled or rescheduled, Section 4 or Section 5 will apply as appropriate.

EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES

Except where the PADDOCK cancels or reschedules an event as described above, payments remain non-refundable even where an attendee is unable to attend due to circumstances outside their control. The PADDOCK may, at its sole discretion, consider exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis, but is under no obligation to provide a refund, credit or alternative arrangement.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

The PADDOCK may update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. Any changes will be published on the PADDOCK website and will apply to payments made after the updated policy takes effect.
